Because it required a full replacement, they wouldn't be able to get the parts needed right away. Instead of just leaving it at that, Kevin came back a second time to do a quick workaround temporarily to get the air running so that we could get through the next week while we waited. He went above and beyond to make sure that we could make it through the 100+ weather for that week. <br><br>For the actual replacement, Kevin and Ildy were very helpful in explaining and making sure we understood everything that needed to be done. His team even re-did some shoddy repair work from years before to make sure everything was set up correctly.
