Kevin is knowledgeable and his workmanship is thorough and efficient. I was leaning towards getting a much more expensive model which has a much higher profit margin for Hunter's, but Kevin convinced me it was unnecessary and the model he recommended was more than enough to suffice my needs. When our A/C unit died a couple of weeks ago, his team quickly found the issue. Because it required a full replacement, they wouldn't be able to get the parts needed right away. Instead of just leaving it at that, Kevin came back a second time to do a quick workaround temporarily to get the air running so that we could get through the next week while we waited. He went above and beyond to make sure that we could make it through the 100+ weather for that week.

For the actual replacement, Kevin and Ildy were very helpful in explaining and making sure we understood everything that needed to be done. His team even re-did some shoddy repair work from years before to make sure everything was set up correctly. The entire process was smooth and clean.

The entire team at Hunter's Heating was extremely patient throughout the whole process and never once did I feel any pressure or a salesman pitch. He presented all the options (along with his recommendations) and let us make whatever decision made the most sense in our current situation. I trust Kevin and his team with all my AC needs and would highly recommend him to anyone.
